"Gossip Girl" star Kelly Rutherford just suffered a big loss in French family court, TMZ reports.

Rutherford's two kids have been living in France with her ex-husband, Daniel Giersch. The actress was likely seeking sole physical custody in order to bring the kids back home to the States. Unfortunately for Rutherford, her request was denied and her kids, ages 3 and 5, will be staying in France.

It looks like Usher's drawn-out child custody dispute with his ex-wife Tameka Raymond has finally come to an end. On Friday, an Atlanta judge granted Usher sole custody of the former couple's two sons, TMZ reports.

The custody battle has been a bit of a rollercoaster. In May, Tameka accused Usher of sleeping with their children's nanny, Maya Fox Davis, while the family was on vacation. In another incident, Usher broke down crying while on the stand.

Last month, Katie Holmes said that she wanted nothing from Tom Cruise other than a divorce. It looks like she got her wish.

According to TMZ, Holmes received nothing in the divorce, except for modest child support. That means she won't receive a lump sum payment or any kind of spousal support. Holmes can thank the prenup she signed for that.

It's official: TJ and Katherine Jackson have been granted permanent co-guardianship of Michael Jackson's kids, TMZ reports.

The decision comes less than a month after TJ, the children's cousin, was granted temporary guardianship of Prince, Paris, and Blanket Jackson. As co-guardians, TJ and Katherine will now share the day-to-day responsibilities that come with raising the children.

The drawn-out custody battle between Usher and ex-wife Tameka Raymond continues. This week, Usher was held in contempt of court. Why? Because he canceled Tameka's Saks Fifth Avenue credit card last year, TMZ reports.

While that may seem like a bad joke, it's not. Tameka claims she needs the account to do her job as a personal stylist.

So why was Usher held in contempt?

Now Owens' recent good fortune could have an effect on his child support case, The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports. On Monday, 38-year-old Owens returned to the NFL by inking a 1-year deal with the Seattle Seahawks. While the terms of the contract haven't been released, the increase in T.O.'s income is sure to effect his child support case.

And in fact, it already has.
