In the wake of the infamous head-butting incident, Evelyn Lozada filed for divorce from Chad Johnson last month. However, the ex-NFL star wasn't ready to let go and went to crazy lengths to save the marriage, including getting Lozada's face tattooed on his leg.

Now Johnson is admitting defeat and has filed divorce documents in a Florida court, TMZ reports. In his filing, Johnson says that the couple signed a prenup and that, according to its terms, Lozada has to pay her own legal fees.

A DeKalb County grandmother has been accused of beating her 3-year-old granddaughter to death with a metal pipe.

Selena Denise Rivera, 42, denies killing her granddaughter, Neveah Pinckney, and instead says the girl had a seizure in the shower and hit her head, The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports. However, Pinckney's 8-year-old sister tells a different story.
